The Palais d’Iéna and the Théâtre des Champs Élysées in Paris are to these two emblematic figures of modernist architecture. The Second World War arrives, which forces Mela Muter, of Jewish origin, to go into exile. She rents her house painter Jean Dubuffetwho loved it so much that he bought it and lived there until his death in 1985.

He has no doubt that this sumptuous pied-à-terre will quickly find a buyer, despite the concerns that current geopolitical events are raising among this clientele. Note that the owners “will promote a buyer who will also buy the furniture» found by them, explains Ludovic Brabant.
