When Anne Fortier, owner of the premises and chief architect of the project, recovered the keys to this house with her husband, the original volumes and the extension on the rear offered many operating possibilities to reveal the wide potential From this building from the 1930s. With more than 70 m² of surface on the ground floor, there was something to express to restore a warm and family appearance to this house with 90’s codes. If the renovation was carried out after level by the family, we feel a real decorative paw which shows a real appetite for the retro chic style. The main challenge was precisely to breathe the same common thread into the original house, but also in the extension, with more modern accents. A common thread that we find even under the roofs and which leaves the visitor the feeling of really feeling like at home in these warm spaces and full of sweetness.
