After Gabriella from Monaco, it’s the turn of Catharina-Amalia from the Netherlands to try a total red look, as the holidays approach. And some pieces worn seem familiar…
On November 20, Catharina-Amalia of the Netherlands attended an exceptional assembly of the Estates General, at the Grote Kerk in The Hague. For this political event, the princess wore a total festive look.
Along with her father, King Willem Alexander, the Crown Princess graced the ceremony commemorating the first meeting of the two Dutch parliamentary houses after World War II. Although Queen Maxima was not present, her eldest daughter still thought of her with her outfit of the day. Catharina-Amalia copied a look worn by Maxima in 2021, except for a few details. Among the pieces borrowed, we notably include a scarlet red shirt dress, in wool crepe, from the fall-winter 2020 collection, signed Natan Couture. On top, she opted for a superb cape Valentinomade in Italy from a blend of wool and cashmere.
When it comes to her accessories, the 21-year-old also copied those worn by her mother. We noticed its designer leather pouch Sophie Habsburgin a burgundy color to match her cape and her pumps. It was the “Gianvito 105” model in suede from Gianvito Rossi that Maxima from the Netherlands particularly likes.
The only differences between Catharina-Amalia’s look and that of Maxima: the girl had ditched the hat and sported gold earrings from the brand LOTT.gioielli. With this ensemble, the princess proves that she already has everything of a queen: elegance, codes and a sense of fashion.
