The surprise change of boss at Nestlé leaves the stock market perplexed. The Swiss group has chosen a man from the inner circle, the Frenchman Laurent Freixe, to replace the former “outsider” Mark Schneider. The latter is leaving the world leader in the food industry at a time when doubts about its growth model have never been so persistent.
