In addition to the fact that everything had to be (re)done and its smallness, this maid’s room was divided by a set of ventilation columns, which complicated the layout. Challenged by these difficulties, the architect of the place was able to have fun creating an additional living room for his clients, who also got involved by choosing part of the decoration. Result ? It is a small suite with bed, bathroom and office which was created in February 2020, just before the first confinement. A well-timed end to the project which allowed the members of the family to get together in peace and to telework. Ultimately, this cozy space will be able to accommodate passing friends.
