The 60-year-old’s first move involves swinging her hips from left to right then doing the same thing back and forth before tracing a circle clockwise and repeating the circle counterclockwise. While making the gesture, she indicates that “the knees must remain well bent” during the entire exercise. Michèle Laroque also advises doing this at least five times on each side.
For the second movement, you must start by placing both hands at the level of your lower stomach.
