Supporting the public administration, non-profit organizations and third sector bodies: this is the objective of BPER Bene Comune, the set of initiatives implemented by BPER Banca for the social progress of the territories. A model that aims to create widespread collective value and strengthen the community fabric through the logic of circular subsidiarity.
From North to South, there are five cultural projects dedicated to young people who are currently entering the final phase of the campaign crowdfunding promoted by BPER Bene Comune on the “Produzione dal Basso” platform. The projects selected as part of the eighth call “The future at hand”, for example, have the precise objective of provide training opportunities to children and young people in conditions of fragility or economic marginalityexpanding skills, aspirations and possibilities for professional placement.
There are already several cities in which BPER Bene Comune projects are flourishing. In Bologna, the Namo Aps association has created the “Ri.VIVO” artisan workshop, which takes place in the former Marzabotto paper mill and trains young people aged 14 to 25 in the sectors of carpentry, circular tailoring and transformative restoration. The “Ta Da Da Dan!” project was born in Ravenna, conceived by Quartetto Fauves Aps, which involves 180 students in the collective creation of a sound and visual story through music, words and images. Going south, in Naples, the Museodivino and the Annalisa Durante Library have started some free chess, theatre, microsculpture workshops and a psychological help desk aimed at the young people of Spaccanapoli. In Lazio, in Cecchina, to combat the absence of spaces dedicated to young people, the Justintwo association organizes “Creative Spring”, a cultural marathon consisting of artistic competitions. In Lombardy, Il Pentolino Ets has created “Tea Time”, an inclusive workshop for children and young people aged 6 to 18 which aims to promote autonomy, sociability and collective well-being.

«Crowdfunding is a tool that strengthens the bond between communities and social projects. The network created by the bank aims to expand skills and collaborations. We have introduced specialist figures to respond to the needs of the Third Sector”: this is what he declares Daniele Pedrazzi, head of BPER Bene Comunethe unit of the Emilian bank dedicated to the Third Sector and Public Administration. «The ability to work online is the real accelerator for offering increasingly effective services», concludes the manager.
