The courses for technician of care and childhood assistance in Puglia, second editions of a project in Fieri, made by DYNamo Academy and Dynamo Camp, in co-design with Intesa Sanpaolo InsuranceIA national level and built with Meridia Consortium on the Apulian territory.
There are 2 courses made in Bari, in 2024-2025, e 40 the beneficiaries who were able to participate in a free training course, to acquire skills in the field of childhood care and assistance. The training courses for technician for care and childhood assistance are recognized by the Puglia Region with DD n. 2432 of 07/12/2023 and allow the acquisition of the professional qualification certificate.
It was talked about on Tuesday morning at the headquarters of the Crescere Cooperativa together with Gianfranco Visdicchio, President of Consortium Meridia, Anna Carbonara, Coordinator of the Consorio Meridia qualification courses, Lucia Parchitelli, President of the School Education and Professional Training Commission, Puglia Region, Serena Porcari, CEO Dynamo Camp and President Dynamo Academy, Sandra Nannini, Development director Dynamo Academy e Manuela Galbiati, Change Management, Learning and Focal Point Communication, Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni.
The project had the aim of involve women excluded from the labor market and not included in study or training programs, or in condition of economic and social marginalization, offering, freely, paths of development of skills in the 0-6 care and services sector.
The growing need for care, present in our society, which requires specific and adequate skills, can offer opportunities for specialization and insertion into the world of work, and a new professional and life path, to children and women excluded from the labor market. The gratuity of the initiative has increased the possibility of access to the routes.
“This intervention,” commented Visicchio, “has had a direct impact on the territory giving concrete opportunities to women excluded from the labor market. We are proud to have contributed to the co -producing and realization ».
“Giving skills to care professionals is a key theme of the economy and society,” said Serena Porcari, “The growing need for care requires specific and adequate skills, and can offer opportunities for specialization and insertion into the world of workOr, and a new professional and life path, to children and women in a condition of social exclusion ».
The project is part of a wider initiative wanted by Dynamo Academy and Dynamo Camp with Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni, in collaboration with training agencies in the specific territories, which since 2022 has offered training and skills free of charge a 225 young people and women in a condition of marginalization, in the territories of Tuscany, Campania, Lazio, Puglia, for a total of 4744 hours of training in the classroom and on the field.
The developed professions have the common denominator of constituting competent figures to operate in the care of fragile people. Specificity of all training courses is an in -depth analysis of the Dynamo method, With the foundations of Dynamo recreational therapy, a method developed since 2007 by the Dynamo Camp Foundation for the benefit of children and adolescents with serious or chronic pathologies and proposed over the years by Dynamo Academy in corporate, school and institutional contexts as strengthening groups and as a creation of skills in the treatment.
The project is currently underway, as well as in Puglia, also in Campania and Lazio.
