It must be said that, since leaving the castle of Star Academy, the 22-year-old young man is a hit on the airwaves and streaming platforms, particularly with his hit Those we were. He’s about to hit the road for his own tour. During a visit to Belgium, Pierre Garnier was able to exchange with 7 out of 7 and the young man discovered on TF1 spoke about his celebrity.
“In truth, at the beginning, we don’t manage it. It’s complicated. I left Star Ac’ in a whirlwind. When we left, we learned everything that was happening outside, there was the media, the tour which started super quickly, too, I was working on my album at the same time. I was a bit like in a tunnel.explained the author, composer, performer. Before closing the subject somewhat: “I think you have to live this job to learn it.”
Has Pierre Garnier changed? “There is no preferential treatment”
Asked about the weight of this notoriety in his private life, Pierre Garnier felt that he had not changed, especially in his personal sphere. “In my private life, I haven’t changed. And that’s also thanks to my friends who treat me exactly like before. When I go home, we talk about everything that happens to me obviously, but we remained the same. There’s no special treatment, they can still talk like shit to me, and that’s what’s cool.”he confided with humor.
“It allows me to keep my feet on the ground”continued the young man from Villedieu-les-Poêles, in Normandy. And Pierre Garnier, who recently collaborated with M. Pokora on the title Every Second to add: “I’ve evolved, which is important, because you’re not going to stay the same at 18 as you were at 40, but I think I’ve stayed true to who I am.”
