1 – Fraction your meals
You know, it is not because you are pregnant, that you have to eat for two. On the other hand and especially if you are subject to digestive problems, you can also take three usual meals, one or more snacks. This allows you to eat less fatty and less generous at lunch and dinner, and to split your meals. For example, you can take your dessert two hours after your meal. Around 10 a.m. or in the afternoon at the time of a snack, provide forces: bread and cheese, blanc and banana cheese, small butter and glass of milk, milk rice and clementine, etc.
2 – Pregnant, take the time to eat well
It’s not just the content of the plate that counts. The way you feed also plays on your digestion. Take the habit of eating slowly, small bites in small bites and chewing food well. Take your time!
3 – A digestive walk after the meal
The error not to be done: lie down just after the meal. This could indeed promote acid regurgitation that burn the stomach. Ideally, stay standing for a moment. Why not a small digestive walk? Of course, if you feel tired, sit comfortably on your sofa or on your bed, but in a sitting position, with a good cushion (type maternity cushion) stalled behind. You can sleep very well seated.
4 – Wear wide clothes
In order not to feel too tight in your clothes, choose wide clothes that are not adjusted to the waist. Elastics or pressing pimples in terms of belly tend to accentuate stomach aches, especially after the meal. Finally, if gastric reflux do not pass, tell your doctor.
