The Archik agency offers, among other things, real estate that they have renovated and decorated. This is the case of this house for which Sébastien Coquerel had a crush. The location was already a good point since it was located in the Vauban district, very popular. “What is interesting in this project is that the house was very convoluted, there were mid-level. So I wanted to play with all these things that were special to find consistency, real living rooms, real traffic”. There were also treasures not exploited like this external courtyard which was enlarged by nibbling a little on the living space, with the removal of a chamber.

In addition, the total surface has increased because the house was raised. Large renovation works have thus been initiated as the roof and the expansion of the openings to bring in the light. Then, we had to deal with the quirks of this accommodation. The architect used the defects of the place to create separate and very comforting spaces. Everything has been thought and thought with taste and so that this house is as functional as possible. The choice of high -end, quality and decoration materials reminiscent of the South has warmed up the style. One has the impression of feeling, through the chosen walls and colors, the Mediterranean heat. And it has become a friendly place where we want to land. Ready to discover an amazing pre-after?
