Priced at less than 50 euros, it seduces with its careful aesthetic and its clean lines, which inevitably recall the codes of luxury luggage from the house of Hermès. A craze which can be explained as much by its appearance as by the growing interest of consumers for elegant and accessible alternatives.

To understand the response generated by this model, we must return to the bag that redefined the very notion of desirability: the Hermès Birkin. Born in 1984 from a chance meeting between singer Jane Birkin and Jean-Louis Dumas, then president of the house, the Birkin was designed to be a chic and practical travel bag.
