Laurent Voulzy, this astonishing start-up he created: “A bank of dreams”
While he toured and released an autobiography titled Hidden behindthe interpreter of Rockcollection also decided to launch, in collaboration with the entrepreneur and AI specialist, Anne-Sophie Bordry, a dream sharing platform called Dreamer dream. Concretely, you can share your dreams around the world and these can be illustrated using artificial intelligence. “A bank of dreams from around the world“, according to the terms used by Laurent Voulzy.
A project that the singer, also fascinated by everything related to the Middle Ages, particularly cherishes. “I have been intrigued by dreams for a very long time. In 1980, I had five significant dreams, some of them were like messages… And, since that day, I write all my dreams, I write everything down in notebooks. I filled hundreds of notebooks”, he explained to New Obs.
Laurent Voulzy and his “dreams from elsewhere”: “I have already spoken with a deceased person”
This passion for the dreamlike comes from his mother. “She always told me supernatural stories, which is common in the Caribbean, especially among the older generations, where the magical side was very present.“, he also confided to Full Life. And what excites him even more than “dreams that come from our unconscious“, these are what he calls “other dreams from elsewhere“. And the singer, in a relationship with the young Isaure de Faou, details: “Telepathic messages, messages from entities, temporal crossings, which leave researchers who are interested in our project more skeptical.”
“Some dreams come from us and are answers to the questions we ask ourselves, but others come from outside, like a kind of prophecy.“, he specified in the Women’s Journal in 2020, years before launching this project. Dreams that he takes very seriously: “In one of my dreams, I once spoke with a deceased person I knew. I noticed everything he said to me“.
