Many felt that the 48-year-old star with a tragic fate could not have fallen alone. And the spotlight focused on Sophie, his latest companion, who wanted to set the record straight on the set of Brand new. According to her, her last evening with Loana dates back to March 1st; which should help investigators determine the exact date of his death. “A normal evening, like all the others”she described it. The two women would have gone “walk Titi”– Loana’s dog unfortunately also found dead at the star’s home -, and would have returned to “watch a movie”. “We were as usual on the sofa watching TV and then we went to bed”added Sophie.
The next morning, she left her home, leaving Loana there, who had disappeared upon her return. “I was in shock, I tried to call him and got voicemail. The next day, I also tried to call, voicemail several times”she confided, explaining that she thought Loana was “returned to her mother”. Violette, however, had not heard from Loana since February.

According to information given by Gilles Verdez on W9, Loana should be cremated, as she wished, during a ceremony which will take place “in the strictest privacy”. A “public mass” will be dedicated to him this Saturday April 4, 2026 in Nice. According to Christine Bravo, Violette, the mother of the deceased, would be “overtaken by events” and would have found refuge with Steevy Boulay and Alexia Laroche-Joubert who offered him their help.
“Both of them are choosing the speeches, the songs… They are organizing everything. And I find that very moving on Steevy’s part. And it’s Alexia who will pay for the funeral”detailed the columnist. The costs incurred by the producer of the Loft would therefore amount to 4000 euros. Namely that the television woman had also been paying the rent of Loana, riddled with debt, for some time.
