In general, the success of Maprimerénov is real and the human resources devoted to the ANAH (National Housing Agency) are insufficient. This problem is starting to compromise the very momentum of the environmental change in condominiums: the most committed trustees see their complicated relationship with mandatory condominiums because of funding delays and it is to be feared that the best professional wishes will be discouraged.
