Everyone knows: the prices of real estate in Paris are quite high and do not fail to be talked about. What everyone does not know is what you can afford exactly on this market with the tidy sum of 530,000 euros. So when a real estate agent opens the doors of an apartment at this price on his Instagram account, people are rather surprised and there is something to realize the rivalry between Paris and the province. Another real estate announcement which should not arrange the reputation of the capital.
“I complain about the Parisians, 530,000 for that”, “incredible, pay so much for that, I do not understand”, “a rabbit cage which is worth the price of my 160m² house twice”, “€ 5,300,000 for that? It is scary” … Internet users do not go there dead hand to criticize the apartment they find too much for what it is. However, on paper, good to everything you need: it is without vis-à-vis, which is rare in Paris and it is bathed in light thanks to its southern exposure in the 11thth borough. The parquet is original and it has an old fireplace. What agreed less the Internet users is above all the lack of space to which Parisians are undoubtedly accustomed. The 50 m² apartment has a 23 m² living room and a bedroom of 13 m², and there is no more room for the rest. The kitchen is very narrow and looks like a corridor, just like the bathroom which is stuck between the living room and the bedroom. Another point that challenges Internet users: the toilets, with a handwash directly on the WC for lack of space.
To finish the visit, the real estate agent praises one of the advantages of the property with an “exterior” accessible directly from the room, but again, Internet users find to complain about the size. As often on Parisian balconies located at 5th Floor, it will be difficult to install a table and chairs to receive, but having a coffee outdoors remains a real bonus.
From the start of the visit, the real estate agent said it: visitors will be shocked by the clear view. Finally, it is the price of real estate in Paris that will have made the most talk of him.
