To review your tenant’s rent, you must multiply its amount by the IRL for the third quarter of 2025 (), divided by the IRL for the third quarter of 2024, which was 144.51. However, since December 2024, inflation has fallen below the symbolic threshold of 2%. For comparison, when inflation was galloping, in 2023, the government decided to cap the IRL at +3.5% in order to protect tenants from excessively high rent increases.

A rent increase on the anniversary date of the lease
