It will take place in Rome from 3 to 7 September 2025 The XXVI International Marian Mariological Congress. The appointment is organized, on a four -year basis, from the Pontifical Academia Mariana Internationalis (Pami), to bring together the lovers of Mariology at an international level by sharing ideas, intuitions, ideas and insights into a vintage change that transforms “quickly the way of life, to relate, to communicate and process the thought, to relate to the human generations and to understand and live faith and science “(Pope Francis, Speech to the Roman Curia21 December 2019). These congresses “are a clear testimony of how Mariology is a necessary presence of dialogue between cultures, capable of fueling fraternity and peace” (Pope Francis, Message on the occasion of the XXIV solemn public session of the pontifical academies4 December 2019). The works will take place at the Auditorium Antonianum In Viale Manzoni, 1 in Rome and the Congress program, in the process of definition, will be released soon.
In view of the event, the Pami launched the International Marian Prize Maria Via della Pace between culturesintended for visual artists (painters, sculptors, photographers and other visual creators who explore, through their works, the beauty and depth of the Marian message) and musicians (composers and interpreters who, with compositions or performances, express Marian devotion by combining tradition and innovation). The prizes for Figurative art And Music (which, for the first classified, consist of a medal and in a contribution of a thousand euros to favor its artistic activity) together with Special mentions will be delivered on September 6, 2025 on the sidelines of Mariano International Mariological Congress.
