A small garden in the heart of the capital and a house sheltered from everyone, that’s what made the owners of the place succumb. However, this beautiful 200 m² surface area with its wobbly, mono-oriented shape needed to be better thought out to take advantage of this incredible opportunity. The very beautiful volumes and the large wooden windows offered plenty of light, but it was not enough for the family who dreamed of large spaces and seventies decoration with Californian accents. With such assets and great freedom of work, Rachel Marcus and Nicolas Aubert-Maguéro were able to give free rein to their imagination to offer a large open ground floor, where each space takes on meaning. A successful bet for this almost total renovation. Welcome to a little corner of California nestled in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
