Stéphanie, already a mother of two children, was three months pregnant when she lost her baby in utero. At this stage of pregnancy, she had already started to announce the happy news to those around her. “”What was the most difficult was to warn all the people who had been informed, barely a few weeks later. Conversely, when pregnancies are not yet visible, almost no one knows.
