A deodorant that combines naturalness and performance
This solid deodorant has obviously found the winning formula. 100% of natural origin, it regulates perspiration without containing a drop of baking soda, this ingredient often responsible for irritation in natural deodorants. Instead, we find magnesium hydroxide, a gentle active ingredient that neutralizes odors without attacking the skin, combined with cocoa butter and murumuru butter to nourish and moisturize the armpits instead of drying them out.
The composition is so minimalist that you can count the ingredients on the fingers of one hand: six components in total, 52% of which come from organic farming. Behind this deodorant is Comme Avant, a Marseille brand created in 2017 by Sophie and Nil. The story begins when their son Naël develops red patches all over his body. Even commercial organic cosmetics cannot calm irritation. The couple then decided to produce products themselves with ultra-short compositions and truly clean ingredients.
Seven years later, Comme Avant employs more than 60 people who handcraft certified organic solid cosmetics in a workshop near Marseille. Philosophy? Eliminate everything that is superfluous to concentrate on the essentials. Maximum 4 ingredients per product, Cosmos Organic certification, vegan formulas, recyclable and compostable packaging.
