Since the launch of the show, he has always been able to count on a star cast. And the first star to have lent himself to the game in 2004 was Thierry Lhermitte, which Frédéric Lopez took to Masoala National Park in Madagascar.
“I have an infinite gratitude for Thierry. The show was new and he trusted me”he recognizes elsewhere. Before remembering: “What was complicated is that he was very modest. So I didn’t really know what he felt, and then he escaped us all the time. As it was the first time, I was afraid of missing things. I was filled at the idea of missing an image.”

Grateful, the presenter ofA Sunday in the countryside – Besides parodied by Thierry Lhermitte in Jérôme Commandeur’s magical world On Canal + – knows what he owes to the stars who accompany him to the other side of the world. And he doesn’t hesitate to say it! “The personalities who accompany us agree to leave without their entourage and to get out of their comfort zone (…) I must be up to this mark of confidence”said Victor’s father, 27.
Before taking out, and leaving Laury Thilleman to the helm, and to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the program for which he is still a producer, Frédéric Lopez will soon go on an adventure.
