In Paris, a new method has made noise for a few months. She promises drawn abs and a curved buttocks, with high intensity work. So, have we stung your curiosity?
What does this studio located in the heart of the 10ᵉ arrondissement of the capital offer? A unique approach, combining pilates reforming, bodybuilding targeting the buttocks, and the strengthening of the whole body using KettleBells. In total, a course at Carbonne Paris is divided into three fifteen -minute blocks during which we spend five minutes on each pole. We chain the exercises without break, and we repeat the cycle. On the reforming machine, we work the deep abs thanks to a series of movements: boards, sheathing … everything goes! On the buttocks side, we chain hip thrusts with a bar loaded between twenty and thirty kilos. Finally, on muscle strengthening, exercises with kettlebells follow one another: shoulders, thighs, back, arms … The whole body is mobilized.
Carbon’s goal? Sculpt, strengthen and transform the silhouette quickly, all on a motivating musical background.
