The names and surnames are generally recovered by the crooks thanks to the hacking of a company. They thus steal your personal data and then use it against their victim. Always be careful to check the recipient’s phone number. As a reminder, postal services like La Poste or Mondial Relay and Colissimo never use a number starting with 06, 07 or 09.
