This world-renowned company is preparing to launch a veritable recruitment tour of Europe on September 16. And for good reason, some 7,000 positions are to be filled in its ranks. And here is the procedure to follow.
A global giant is launching an XXL recruitment process this Monday, September 16, 2024. This world-famous firm is preparing to hire no less than 7,000 new employees. To do this, recruiters will tour France and even Europe! Several interview sessions are expected.
The first is organized in Lille on September 16-17, the second will be held in Seville (Spain) on October 1 and 2, then will come the turn of Naples (Italy) on November 6 and 7. The company will then set up shop in Marseille (December 3), Lyon (January 9), Tours (January 21) and finally Montpellier (March 4). A large casting to which you can also show up on a whim since it is not obligatory to reserve a slot in advance. And good news for those who cannot travel: you can already apply online!
Some 7,000 positions in the hotel, catering, reception and technical services sectors are to be filled, some on permanent contracts, others on fixed-term contracts ranging from two weeks to several months. In terms of remuneration, don’t expect miracles… The salaries offered very rarely exceed the minimum wage… And the hours are often difficult!
But just the mention of the company name can still spark vocations. It is in fact the busiest paid tourist site in Europe, aka Disneyland Paris, which seeks millions of employees. And if the figure can turn heads, it is not a first for Disney which is used to renewing almost half of its workforce every year.
Well aware of the difficulty of hiring, the amusement park which welcomes 16 million visitors each year, promises to help all new arrivals find accommodation, for example with a thousand studios at low rents in two accessible residences to fixed-term contracts of less than eight months. The big-eared firm also offers “services to make life easier” and of course, “access to parks and exclusive events”price reductions, training programs and above all up to six weeks of leave for certain positions…
