Twice 20 is a musical collective born between Milan and Pavia in 2016, founded by the producer Ricky Boeteri (aka Ricky B) and Paolo Agosta (Lobstar). The name, which means “twice twenty”, represents the eternal energy of twenty years, a young spirit that is reflected in the sounds, ideas and artistic vision of the project. The collective melts dance and electronic music with a strong social component, involving musicians, authors and vocalists such as Max C, Lobstar, Rhade, Giovanni Sangalli (drums and rhythmic) and Paolo Janko (plan and voice) over time. Each song is conceived as a shared experience, capable of combining sound research with cultural and human commitment. Their first official release is “Save me” (2017), remixed by the famous Duo Nari & Milani. The following year they publish the single “Falllin”, played by Lobstar and enriched by a remix of Get Far (Fargetta), which exceeds 2 million views on YouTube and receives wide response on TV and radio. In 2019 “I Am Free” was released, accompanied by a collective video and a remix by Paolo Sandrini. In 2020 the collective returned with “Beautiful Dream”, a trace with minimal and ethereal sounds played by Rhade, who achieved success on YouTube and Tiktok. 2021 marks a particularly significant moment with “Forgiveness”, a social awareness passage whose proceeds are entirely donated to the Onlus Bruno Boetci Foundation. In 2023 Twice 20 publishes “Mojito”, a summer single with electro-latin vibrations.
