According to the numerical results of a vast study carried out by the PageGroup firm and relayed by The ParisianBetter to prepare… remuneration increases should be lower than this year to be between 1.5 and 2% only! But some professions will be better accommodated than others.
For the coming year, those who work in industrial professions should not expect miracles. For example, maintenance managers can expect increases of up to 7% at most, but production managers and HSE technicians will have to make do with a range between 3 and 5%. Even less lucky, customer service representatives and sales administration managers (ADV) will be able to count on a 3% increase at best… Suffice to say that vacations under the Bahamas sun are not for tomorrow…
However, in 2025, several sectors are expected to experience significant wage increases. Among them, technology-related professions will be particularly well paid. Positions of director of information systems, data architect or cybersecurity engineer are expected to see notable increases of up to 12%; some remuneration then exceeds 150,000 euros salary per year for the most experienced profiles.
Furthermore, the digital marketing, communication, and community management sectors will also see increases put on the table during end-of-year negotiations, particularly for positions such as digital project manager or communications manager. These profiles are highly sought after, and companies are willing to offer raises to attract talent in these areas; but also a teleworking policy sometimes even going as far as full remote.
