All of the 700 interconstruction dwellings being marketed in Pontoise, Poissy, Clichy, Drancy, Bagneux, Bussy-Saint-Georges and Plessis-Robinson are eligible for this cashback operation. The approximately 80 apartments sold in real solidarity lease are not, however, this mechanism of dissociation of the property of the building from that of the land, which allows to buy 30% to 50% below market prices, “Being supervised”explains to Capital Antoine Guillorit, Strategic Director of Interconstruction.

A refund not subject to tax
