Led by the architect Pauline Clair, this renovation is worth the detour. Witness the old bathroom of the places that has resumed life and some colors too!
Perched on the top floor of a building in the XXth arrondissement of Paris, this two-piece of 45 m² was already bathed in beautiful brightness, but it required a sacred renovation. It was little to say: insulation, electricity, streaming of the floors and installation of Velux® … The architect Pauline Clair had work to do.
Primo-Accédant, the new owner of the premises dreamed of an even brighter and warm space, inspired by nature. This is how wood and shades of green guided each choice, enough to create a soothing and authentic atmosphere. It took 3 and a half months of work and 80,000 euros of budget (including furniture), to transform this decrepit Parisian apartment In a real cocoon in mind inside.
Among the parts that have evolved the most, I ask for the bathroom of 3.80 m². Staying in her juice since its creation, it seems, she really needed a facelift. Between the small brown tiles, the bathtub of another time and the original sink, everything was to (re) think in this space with unlimited potential.
Once the living room door served this was condemned, a large shower could be installed over the entire length of the wall. Opposite, a tailor-made basin furniture occupies the available space, also incorporating the laundry area. To perfect the whole, royal blue zellia, shopped at AS de Carreaux, bring a touched seaside to this spacious shower room. The old door leading to the living room therefore gave way to niches with shelves, optimizing the slightest square meter. Favorite at first glance for the golden taps signed tots.
Also, by integrating the dressing room into the night room, this bathroom has, so to speak, pushed the walls and is now 5.63 m², Royal! So nicely altered, this bathroom is now opens directly to the owner’s bedroom, offering more fluid traffic. She thus gained in style, but also in functionality, for her greatest happiness!
