An annual invoice of 53.70 euros. This is the amount of costs of which a 22 -year -old must pay in 2025 in exchange for the services of his bank. A price that is not negligible for this category of the population – with often limited financial means -, up 6.5% This year, according to the latest edition of the cheapest banks classification made by Capital In partnership with Panorabanques. As every year, the comparator reviewed the price grids of a hundred establishments, and selected, for each of them, the least expensive formula between service packages – which include a set of services (bank card, account holding fees, etc.) – and these same services billed.
Main teaching of this list: it is the big gap on the market. The annual cost of banking services for a 22 -year -old can be much lower than the market average among the less delicious players. Thus, the total can be limited to 2.50 euros per month by opting for Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine and its premium young offer. Or 30.50 euros per year. Even cheaper, the offers of the Grande Est Est Europe (29 euros) or Hello Bank! (26.50 euros) still reduce the bill.

A free service or almost at Boursobank and Fortuneo
But two players do much better: Boursobank and Fortuneo plaster it all at 2.20 euros per year! Fees that correspond to Agios only. In other words, if our young people’s accounts remain green all year round, he will not pay a euro of costs. These floors are easily explained, according to Anna Meylacq, spokesperson for panorabanques: “Banks know that there is a potential among young peoplethat they will then open a savings plan at home and subscribe to a mortgage. ”
Also note, the competitiveness of popular banks, three in number in the top 10 this year. The latter thus maintain their unchanged prices, at 30.50 euros, proof of their interest in this young clientele. In contrast, certain funds from Crédit Agricole (Aquitaine, Languedoc, Loire Haute-Loire) have a rather heavy hand for these young profiles, just like the Savoy Bank, with annual costs close to 100 euros. A threshold widely exceeded by the Palatine Bank, good in the ranking, with 157.70 euros taken in 2025.
