Executive MBA
Xavier Ferràs, Associate Dean of the Executive MBA, outlines a stronger technological focus
Current trends in executive education highlight the growing need to bridge the gap between management and technology. Professionals and executives must continuously build knowledge and skills in management, finance, marketing, and strategic technology management.
Our Executive MBA programs are placing an ever-stronger emphasis on technology and artificial intelligence – both from a tactical perspective, improving productivity, and from an organizational perspective, exploring how AI can transform business models and drive innovation. We provide an overview of the state of AI at the research level (how it affects scientific progress), industrial level (how it affects business models), and geopolitical and ethical levels. In addition, our students can graduate with a minor or specialization in AI.
Additionally, we are offering more personalized solutions, designed to meet each participant’s needs and partners’ objectives, through custom programs, consulting, and applied research.
Electives have also been expanded to include Generative AI, AI Strategy, AI Agents, Executive Risk Management, and new business simulators for crisis scenarios.
