The thirty candidates for the new edition of the Miss France competition flew to Martinique as part of the traditional preparation trip. They have just passed a very feared and decisive test for the rest of the competition: the general knowledge test. Can you do better than a Miss?
Miss general knowledge test: what score will you get?
This November 11, while part of France was enjoying this public holiday, the regional candidates were racking their brains to try to obtain the best possible score on the general knowledge test. The 30 participants in the Miss France competition, who are in Martinique for their preparation trip before the big ceremony taking place this December 6, were gathered in a room with a time limit of 45 minutes to answer 60 questions on general culture, logic and English. Could you get an honorable score? Here are the questions asked to the candidates:
A decisive test for the future: what was the score of Miss France 2025?
During the test, Amandine Petit, Miss France 2021, and Clémence Botino, Miss France 2020, were alongside Angélique Angarni-Filopon, Miss France 2025, to supervise the candidates. If the results of this exam are decisive in the rest of the adventure and will be taken into account to establish the top 12 candidates, it is not essential to pass it to become Miss France.
Last year, it was Miss Picardie, Marina Przadka, who obtained the best score with 15.5/20 and was part of the top 15 candidates on election night. As for the title holder Miss France, Angélique Angarni-Filopon, she had a much less impressive score with 11.5/20. “It’s not that bad“, she however blurted out to TV Star.
In previous years, the regional Misses also had to give a dictation and answer questions on the highway code, but these tests were finally removed. Another small novelty was introduced this year: “They will have all their grades this year, before, only half came to claim it,” explained to Parisian the boss of the Miss France company, Frédéric Gilbert.
