“The city that learns, learning from the city”: this is the new slogan chosen for the second edition of the International Educational Festival. As the scientific director explains Domenico Simeonethis theme aims to enhance the ethical purposes of education, linked to topics such as hope, the formation of character and consciousness. The event will open the dances in style since the initial evening, on October 2, when the Lectio “Living in the city, a story of trusted” will be staged at the Brescia theater in Brescia Mark HunyadiSwiss philosopher and professor at the Catholic University of Lovanio in Belgium. The evening will start with the greetings of Elena Beccalli, rector of the Catholic University del sacro heartand from Laura Castelletti, mayor of Brescia.
During the days there will be meetings, exhibitions, talks and workshops for children and parents, shows and training meetings for high school students.
