Quite simply because he does not just solicit the superficial muscles, he also engages the deep muscles of the legs and glutes. Result: not only do the buttocks become more firm and more toned, but the thighs sculpt and the general balance improves. The icing on the cake, it also helps burn calories and strengthen cardio. His little name? Step-up The principle is childish: climb and descend from a walk, a bench or a small platform, alternating the legs.
