Here comes the recipe for a baking dish:
You need …
For the sprinkles:
150g butter
150g of pipe sugar
100g hazelnuts, ground
120g spelled flour type 630
For apple filling:
5 large apples
100g marzipan
Juice 1/2 lemon
Juice and abrasion 1 orange
1 TL cinnamon
50g raisins
50g of almonds
And, very important: two cups of whipped cream
This is how it works:
For the crumble mass, melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan, remove from the stove and stir in the hazelnuts and the flour. Let it cool down a little.
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Peel the apples for the filling and remove the core.
Then quarter the apples, cut them into slices and put them in a baking dish. Squeeze the lemon and add to the apples.
Also rub the peel of an orange and add with the orange juice. Grate the marzipan and add the raisins, almonds and cinnamon to shape. Mix everything well.
Spread the crumble mass over the apples with your fingers, and bake the crumble for about 30-45 minutes in the oven until the apples are soft.
Beat the cream and serve with the still lukewarm baked apple crumble.
Merry Christmas!
