Sophie Davant, who formalized her relationship with William Leymergie in August 2022, has a successful career in the French audiovisual landscape. And like any popular personality, his notoriety was also measured by the sometimes surprising gifts sent by his admirers. Despite these gifts of dubious originality to say the least, Sophie Davant explained, in a somewhat resigned tone: ” Every time I am flattered. I say to myself: ‘Well if I inspire this kind of thing, it’s because I must not be too ugly’“. This anecdote reminds us that there is sometimes a gap between public admiration and certain (very) inappropriate attitudes.
