It returns to Casarsa della Delizia (Pordenone), on 4 and 5 November 2026, and will be dedicated to “Pasolini journalist polemicist” the Higher Education School of the Pier Paolo Pasolini Study Center which from this year takes on the name “Academiuta Pasolini”, recalling the historic “small academy” founded by the young poet in the 1940s in his maternal homeland.
Applications for Italian and foreign undergraduates, graduates, doctoral students, research doctors and post-docs engaged in literary, historical and cultural studies are open until 30 June at this link. The 2026 edition will propose an investigation into the author’s journalistic activity, from the first youth collaborations to the interventions in the major national newspapers, up to the Corsair Writings and the Lutheran Letters.
The scientific curatorship is entrusted to Roberto Carnero of the University of Bologna. Scholars from important Italian and international universities will participate in the four study sessions, including Giorgio Nisini, Sonia Gentili, Elisabetta Mondello, Anna Tonelli, Gianluigi Simonetti, Elisa Donzelli, Bruno Pischedda, Roberto Deidier, Fabio Pierangeli, Monica Lanzillotta and Giona Tuccini.
The initiative is part of the growth path of the Pasolini Study Center, which it has signed up to in recent months over twenty agreements with Italian and foreign universities to strengthen the international network of Pasolini studies. The 2026 edition will be represented by an original drawing donated by Davide Toffolo, one of the best-known authors of contemporary Italian comics and frontman of Tre allegri Ragazzi Morti.
