But it is now official: Bercy opened the way, this week, to the sale of 100% of the shares of Sonio, Cécile Brosset’s start-up, to Samsung Medison. The amount of this operation announced in the spring is around 85 million euros, according to the Reuters agency.
The boss prefers not to comment on this subject. Whatever the sum, this is one of the great exits of a French Tech leader. It was in 2020 that Cécile Brosset, former director of the Bpifrance Hub, launched this solution for detecting and helping to diagnose anomalies during prenatal ultrasounds.
