In this apartment where everything is in its place, the black, white and cream palette is warmed by woody notes and pink details, the bike gains height, the storage is made to measure and the architect rounds off the corners. A pretty two-room apartment in perspective.
In the 13th arrondissement of Paris, this 40 m² is located on the first floor of an 80’s building on a courtyard, quiet and not directly overlooked. As for the new owner of the place, he is a young man who loves cycling and fashion, as you will see during our visit. For his second property purchase, he had in mind a refined decor that goes to the essentials, with a place to store his bike and a toilet separate from the bathroom. Entrusted to the expert hands of Kasia Kaliczka, architect and co-founder of the KAST-design agency, the renovation and layout of the premises gave life to this beautiful apartment!
