This is what fitness coach Tonya (known as @takingmylifebackat42 on TikTok) tells us. With more than 1.4 million subscribers, the influencer shares multiple tempting recipes every day that won’t make you gain weight. The reason for its success? In the past, she found herself obese. Having lost 118 kilos, she now shares inexpensive, easy-to-make and light dishes, like the famous tacos that we are going to discover right away.
It is, more precisely, a recipe for chicken tacos with ranch sauce. In addition to being delicious, it is rich in protein and nutrients! Four ingredients are enough: about 1.30 kg of chicken breast, ¾ of a jar of salsa (which you can make at home), 1 package of tacos and ranch sauce (she uses Hidden Valley sauce (American brand) in the video). Once you have everything together, add the ingredients to a slow cooker. Finally, you have the choice for cooking: over low heat for 5 to 6 hours, or over high heat for four hours.
How to eat it? In a classic taco, but other possibilities exist like nachos.
