THE Business O Female Awards 2025 mark their 8th edition with the objective of celebrating women entrepreneurs who innovate and transform the world. This prestigious event, placed under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic, values female initiatives in four key categories:
- Start-up : For the founders or co-founders of a start-up of 6 to 12 months of existence.
- Scale-up : dedicated to strong growth companies.

Cécile Reinaud, an inspiring godmother for the Business O Female Awards 2025
The Business O Female Awards 2025 are honored to have as godmother Cécile Reinaud, founder of Seraphine, the international maternity clothing brand renowned for dressing celebrities around the world, notably Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, during her three pregnancies. After developing her business on a global scale, Cécile is now committed to philanthropy and mentoring, especially as a European co-president of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
A jury of experts to reveal the female talents of tomorrow
The jury of this 8ᵉ edition is made up of recognized experts and leaders in their respective fields, whose mission is to reward innovative projects carried out by women entrepreneurs. Among them:
- Boutaina Araki : Ex-CEO of Cityzmedia.
- Laure-Emmanuelle Filly : Responsible for #Connecthers and female entrepreneurship for BNP Paribas France networks.
- Viviane de Beaufort : Professor at ESSEC Business School and founder of the startup generation club.
- Helen Zeitoun : CEO and founder of Datae Humanum, ex-CEO of Ipsos France and Global CEO of Sciences.
- Élodie Mandel : Director of editorial schools of the economic pole and licenses at Capital.
- Isabelle Veil : Executive coach and founder of Infinime.
