There are products that particularly make buzz at Lidl and this is the case for this kettle which seems to be a good investment.
Lidl is known to lovers of good deals for its low -cost offers on daily products. The brand offers DIY articles, household appliances, clothing, gardening and even high-tech. Its ephemeral collections, such as Lidl sports clothes or sneakers in the brand’s colors, have often created the buzz. It also sells tools of its own brand, Parkside, renowned for its good value for money, and its Silvercrest kitchen robots sometimes sell in a few hours. Lidl also attracts with home products, bed linen with extra furniture, at very competitive prices. Among the latest arrivals is a kettle that agitated social networks. The reason? It is inspired by a very design brand and it is sold only 16.99 euros.
Imagined by Italian designer Michele de Lucchi, the pleated kettle of the Alessi brand is now one of the design icons. Made of plastic, it is inspired by pleated fabrics to offer a sculptural object that is readily exhibited on the worktop of the kitchen. But now, this collection imagined in 2018 and still sold today at a price: the kettle is displayed at a price of 89 euros. Design enthusiasts therefore jumped at the opportunity when Lidl launched a range of small household appliances, including a kettle, a toaster and a blender, whose design is strongly inspired by the pleated collection of Alessi. Available in beige, black or purple under the Silvercrest brand, the products take up the graphic and sculptural aspect which made the success of the original model (see video at the start of the article).
Displayed at only 16.99 euros, the kettle is already online breaking, but some lucky people can still find in stores. There are also a few references from the toaster and online blender and in stores. And since the craze is such, some do not hesitate to sell their device on second -hand platforms by inflating the price in passing. Today, the kettle is already lying 45 euros.
If you come across one of these products in your Lidl store, you can be sure that it is a good deal, because there will not be something for everyone and the resale prices could still climb a times the collection is completely exhausted.
