After confirming their wishes, high school students will start to receive responses from training. We guide you in this next step which starts on June 2.
Terminal students as well as apprentices and reorientation students who want to continue their higher education go through Parcoursup. The candidates who register there, create their file, select their wishes for post-bac training (such as universities, BTS, IUT, etc.) and follow the responses of establishments. The process is designed to be fair, by allowing young people to be oriented according to their academic results and specific criteria for training. After confirming their wishes, the students will start to receive the answers to their training. We guide you in this new step.
Responses to training requested
From June 2, 2025, students can consult the responses given by the training for each wish and sub-journey that has been formulated. As you go, the admission proposals can be consulted at any time. This year, wishes awaiting the main phase can also be classified. Know that as soon as a proposal received is refused, this allows to release places which are then offered to other candidates. Do not hesitate to connect regularly, since new proposals are renewed every day.
Know that you can receive one or more admission proposals, at the same time or on different dates, but that you can only accept one at a time. Here are the 4 types of training responses:
► A “yes” corresponds to an admission proposal. You just have to validate this choice or not while waiting for a few hours, because at the very beginning of the admission phase, the Parcoursup platform will be in “consultation” mode only.
► A “Yes-Si (For a license wish) “corresponds to an accompanied admission proposal, if you accept it, a support system to strengthen your skills.
► A “on the waiting list” means that you are in the waiting list. This evolves according to the places that are released. If you are in this case, check your place in the waiting list: if you are at the top of this list, you should receive an admission proposal a few days later after the withdrawal of other candidates. If you are in the middle, or even at the bottom of this waiting list, plan to accept an admission proposal on another wish – if you have them. If you are still on the waiting list for all your wishes between June 30 and July 3, you can classify your wishes in order of preference. “This order of priority will be taken into account by the platform, in particular for sending the latest proposals at the end of the admission phase,” said the ministry.
► A “no (Only for a wish in selective training) “means that the training examination commission of the training has not retained your file. You must then wait for the additional phase of Parcoursup.
To remember: You generally have a few days to permanently validate your admission in the event of a positive response. The limits are displayed in your file, in front of the admission proposal.
The 2025 Parcoursup calendar consists of 3 main steps that spread from November to June: “I am inquiring”, “I register and I formulate my wishes”, and “I receive the responses of the training and I decide”. After having prepared their orientation project at the end of the year and inquiring about the various training courses, the candidates are invited to formulate their wishes. - At the end of May / early June 2025 : training responses
- Between June 6 and June 10, 2025, classification of wishes you want to keep.
- During June 2025 : start of the additional admission phase
- Thursday July 10, 2025 : End of the main phase PARCEUP
- Thursday September 11, 2025 : End of the complementary PARSEUP phase
