Herbal tea recipe against insomnia

Too much stress and tension often lead to agitated nights, or even insomnia. A bad night, and fatigue feeds the stress that leaves more beautiful in the morning. To break this vicious circle and find a restful sleep, Anne-Marie Narboni offers a recipe to drink in herbal tea during the day, or in the evening before bedtime.

Mix ::

  • 30 grams of lemon balm leaves
  • 20 grams of lemony odorous verbena
  • 25 grams of passiflore
  • 15 grams of floral summary hawthorn
  • 10 grams of basil leaves
