Long considered a makeup heresy, the colored mascara returns in force this season to enlarge the look and bring it a touch of modernity. Demonstration with Emilio Benedetti, National Make-Up Artist Yves Saint Laurent.
The choice of colors
Choose two colors such as lagoon blue and English green. One for the blades of the highlands and the other for the bottom of the bottom eyelashes. Bring Khôl pencils from the same shade.
The colored pencil line
Start the make-up with a stroke of blue pencil in the mucosa of the eye. Then draw a stroke of green pencil at the root of the blades of the high lashes. Blur the green on the finger to lighten the material. Repeat the same gesture with the blue of the lower part of the eye.
The pose of the mascara
Go to the application of the two colored mascaras. Start with blue on the top of the high lashes. First apply it to the top of the eyelashes, then to the underside to curl them as much as possible and bring them intensity. Repeat the same gesture on the bottom of the bottom eyelashes with the English green mascara to bring a beautiful vibration of colors.
