1. Walking to fight against venous insufficiency

Heavy legs syndrome, also called venous insufficiency, translates into an inability of the veins to properly ride the blood from the heart. 3. Cold shower, ideal for activating traffic

The good advice: in case of hot weather, do not hesitate to apply a jet of fresh water in the morning and in the evening, from the bottom of the calves to the top of the thighs.
