Today, Saturday 25 October, in the crypt of the Gesù Maestro Church, in via Portuense 739 in Rome, the annual conference of the Pauline Familyfrom the title “A family walking in hope. A challenge to take up”.
«This day – we read in a note – will allow us to further enter into the dynamics of the Jubilee and Family communion, in an attitude of listening, reflection, sharing and openness to new orientations». It will be a moment of spiritual discussion and discernment, as the text further underlines, to «revitalize our commitment to live and bear witness to the richness and relevance of our charism in the Church, which makes us “pilgrims of hope” by vocation and mission».
There round table the program will see the interventions of Don Domenico Solimansuperior general of the Society of Saint Paul, with the report “A family that lives in hope”; of sister Francesca PratilloDaughter of Saint Paul, who will reflect on the topic “Hope does not disappoint (Rom 5.5-4)”; and of Annamaria GustinelliAnnunziatina, with a contribution entitled “Don Alberione prophet of hope”.
The journalist will moderate the proceedings Francesca BaldiniPauline Cooperator.
The desire of the organizers is to take “a new step” in the path of the Pauline Familycalled to be “ever more synodal in the Church, a living sign of communion and hope”, as recommended by the founder, the blessed Giacomo Alberione.
