First of all, it is important to point out that having more is not necessarily bad. “Maybe you simply underestimated your needs and needed that little extra“, writes Sophie Janvier, nutritionist/dietician, in an Instagram publication. According to the professional, as part of a dietary rebalancing, the quantity parameter is often neglected. Basically, it is important to plan portions adapted to our body, our sporting activity and our metabolism. And if opting for a second round is then greedy, the expert gives three little tips to stop breaking down. The good news? It’s as easy as pie!
