If Ludovic did not meet the woman of his life in “L’amour est dans le pré” during season 19, today he seems to be in perfect love with his partner named Julia. Together, they even embark on a very original project.
Winemaker Ludovic Bonnafous participated in the 19th season of Love is in the meadow, the emission of dating rural of M6 hosted by Karine Le Marchand. If he ultimately did not meet true love during the show, it still allowed him to meet the woman who seems to be the woman of his life!
Ludovic (ADP) wants “reinvent yourself”
In a relationship with Julia Boureau since the show’s review, he has built numerous projects with her, both personal and professional. Moreover, the 30-year-old farmer spoke about his new business in the columns of The Dispatch. After noticing that his vines – he farms 35 hectares of vines with several grape varieties – were particularly affected by climate change, he decided to start growing a plant of the future in the face of these climate challenges.
According to the trained landscaper, “you have to reinvent yourself to make your agricultural know-how last.” After four years of study and travel, Ludovic and his partner, herself from a family of wine growers, began growing nopal, a cactus better known as the prickly pear. A project that they chose to carry out in the town where the young man is based, Fabrezan, located in the north of Aude.
Ludovic became “the leading producer of…“
Normally established in Mexico, this plant grows in arid environments and adapts very well to drought. According to Ludovic, it is “a real agricultural alternative in our region”. And this is how he wants to develop his business. “With a 10 hectare plantation, which he hopes to develop quickly, he now becomes the leading cactus producer in Aude and Corbières.“, specifies the local daily.
Very motivated by his project, just like his partner Julia (28 years old, originally from Biot, in Provence), they both made it known on their respective Instagram accounts. “With two people everything becomes possible. Our project is finally seeing the light of day… and other great adventures are coming soon!”they announced.
