Here is why it’s the perfect boost for your breakfast. First, they are rich in antioxidants and low in calories and sugar. Also, they are full of fibers, which slows the absorption of cereal sugar, so you will have less cravings at 10 a.m. The berries also offer a real source of vitamin C, ideal for starting the day with energy.

So add a handful of red fruits to your oats or granola flakes, then a spoon of Greek or Skyr yogurt. You will get a gourmet and nutritionally complete breakfast.
